Clärchens tip: Enjoy a taste of Berlin at the iconic ballroom

A three-course menu from a traditional Berlin kitchen — at the famous Clärchens Ballhaus.

What does Berlin taste like? Well, at Auguststraße 24 you can get a pretty delicious idea. Berlin cuisine, with an instinct for the city’s history, interpreted in an entirely contemporary way: that’s what the new, old Clärchens stands for. For hearty, artisan dishes.

We, in any case, have often taken a seat at the table when chef Simon Dienemann invites us to his take on a contemporary inn kitchen. And this in a building that represents the hospitality of Berlin like perhaps no other. However, there is currently no set menu at Clärchens — but the tables are in high demand. So we’ve developed the Clärchens tip dinner to bring you, dear readers, closer to the new start of this great institution. Reserve a table and enjoy this unique culinary experience.

On Sunday, 20th September, you’ll have the chance to sample an exclusive three-course menu created especially for us, including wine accompaniment. Depending on the weather, you’ll dine either in the beautiful fairy-tale garden (see photo above), or the history-soaked hall of mirrors. Let us surprise you!

Our Clärchens tip menu:

Yellow pepper soup
Pinot Blanc ‘Edition Clärchens’, Martin Tesch Winery

***

Breast of poulard with celery puree, sweet peas & green asparagus salad
Pinot Noir ‘Edition Clärchens’, Martin Tesch Winery

Cup of coffee

If you would like a vegetarian/vegan alternative or you have any intolerances, please indicate this when making your reservation.
