Die Villa Schwartz
Einst großbürgerlicher Sommersitz, heute Kulturhaus – die Schwartzsche Villa hat in den 125 Jahren ihres Bestehens viel erlebt. Mit Fotografien, Architekturzeichnungen und Reproduktionen von Originaldokumenten stellt die von Dr. Christiana Brennecke konzipierte Ausstellung die Villa und die Bankiersfamilie Schwartz vor, die das Haus in den Jahren 1895–1897 erbauen ließ. Nachverfolgt werden zudem die wechselvolle Geschichte des Gebäudes nach 1945 und der hürdenreiche Weg zu seiner Nutzung als Kulturhaus.
