The one with the highest number wins: e-scooter companies leave more and more of their two-wheeled gadgets across the city. Sometimes dozens at one spot. To keep the pavements usable, Berlin’s senate office for environment, transport and climate protection has published new plans. The idea is to repurpose existing car parking spots into parking spaces for scooters. So the companies can leave even more of their (not entirely sustainable) vehicles across the city…
